Sales Policy

All animals are to be paid in full 24 hours before leaving our property. A %50 deposit is required to reserve any of our sale animals. We reserve the right to retain any kid/kids from any breeding and maintain the right to refuse the sale of an animal for any reason, at anytime. If this becomes the case, the buyers deposit will be refunded.

All kids (except wethers) will be disbudded, tattooed and vaccinated before leaving unless otherwise discussed and paid in full. Kids well be electronically registered after they have been paid for in full and picked up. We do not guarantee scurs will not occur after disbudding, although we do everything we can to avoid this.

All animals are sold as is from the time they leave our farm. We offer no warranties, written or implied. Should a case arise where an animal develops a genetic issue, we will do our best to rectify the situation but do not guarantee a replacement, refund or discount.

Once a kid is weaned, they must be picked up no later than 10 days after this point. All animals must be picked up from our farm unless otherwise discussed. All shipping is to be arranged by the buyer, at the buyers expense. If an animal becomes sick or dies prior to shipping, the deposit will be refunded. Because we can not ensure care after leaving the property, we do not offer any exended health guarantees.

We do not offer height guarantees. There is the potential for animals to mature over the breed standard because of the US influence in some of our lines. If requested, we can offer heights on current bucks and does.

All of our animals are priced individually based on pedigree, milk test results and body conformation.

Our herd is tested annually for CAE and Jhones. We are also free of CL abcesses. Animals are vaccinated annually with Covexin Plus as well as dewormed as needed. To maintain biosecurity, we do not accept returns for any reason to ensure the health of our herd.
